Your role in our company

Prepare or request insurance offers tailored to the needs of company clients

Register insurance contracts and related documents in dedicated applications, ensuring data accuracy

Prepare and send settlements for insurance premium instalments
-
Monitor renewal schedules and instalment deadlines, proactively contacting clients to update policies
-
Manage insurance requests in line with offer and administration procedures

Promote benefit programs through established communication channels (newsletter, promotional campaigns, etc.)

You hold a RAF code and all necessary accreditations, in accordance with insurance legislation

You have previous experience in the insurance field

You are ambitious, energetic, and focused on continuous improvement

You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and speak Romanian fluently
-
You are goal-oriented and adapt quickly to different contexts

You work in an organised and efficient manner, with strong attention to detail

You can handle dynamic situations calmly and effectively

You are comfortable using technology, including the Microsoft Office suite
