Your role in our company<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Manage the entire payroll process, preparing payroll statements and related documents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Register and update individual employment contracts, amendments, and terminations in REVISAL<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and administer personnel files, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance of documents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and submit monthly statements to tax authorities (Form D112 and other applicable declarations)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Keep records and monitor medical leave and annual leave<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Draft and manage addenda, internal decisions, and HR documents in accordance with labour legislation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Implement Health & Safety (HSE\/SSM) and Emergency\/Fire Safety (PSI\/SU) activities at company level<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare periodic reports and statistics for management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • Support the HR Manager in planning and coordinating recruitment processes, interviews, and onboarding of new colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Do you fit the profile?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • \n

      University degree (preferably in Economics or Human Resources)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Previous experience in a payroll\/salary administration role<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong knowledge of labour law, tax legislation, and HSE regulations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience working with REVISAL and payroll software<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      High attention to detail and accuracy when working with confidential data<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Digital skills (Microsoft Office, HR\/Payroll applications)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
